Jason Taylor and the Bus

It was great taking 2 days off and heading into Charlotte for the big Miami game! We were meeting 3 of Steve's friends from Winston-Salem at a bar close to the stadium and arrived at 3:15. The bar didn't actually open until 4, so we walked around, ending up at a place called Champions (without the camera!) which is inside the Marriott where the Miami Dolphins players were staying! After waiting and seeing a few players like Crowder and P. White, I hoped and waited to see Jason Taylor! Nothing happened, so we ordered food and drinks with all 5 of us there. About 6pm, Jason Taylor came out and we saw him thru the window at the sports bar! He gave a little wave and shook someone's hand as he walked on the bus. It was awesome! But crappy pics from our phones didn't come out, but we know what happened! LOL! And there he is at the coin toss below!

A View From Above

We went into the stadium about 7pm, the guys got beer, me? hot chocolate! We walked and walked up and when we got out to see the stadium, we realized we would be walking up many, many steps to the 2nd to last row of the stadium where we could barely see anything! But it was good! Here's the view from the tippy top! A little vertigo for me because of how high up we were and the steepness of that whole top section. It was awesome to win the game being away! To top it off, our buddy Seth, sent us the Miami Dolphins ringtone! The "new" old school version! Love it!

We had a great time!!! Next year.....HOME GAME!
